At Candy Club, we want your sweet experience to be perfect; if you aren't completely satisfied with your treats, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened candy jars. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Sweets

  Securely place the unopened candy jars in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
